Files and descriptions go to Cory’s private Google Drive. The service also stores submission metadata and operational records. Only Cory authorizes limited Google access. There is no fixed retention period or automatic deletion schedule. Cory determines retention for these business purposes, subject to applicable requirements, and personally reviews access, correction and deletion requests.
